"Large room close to everything."

"Property and room was beautiful. We had wanted to extend our stay and had to make second booking for a different room. The general manager, Martin, noted this and reached out and managed to arrange for us combine both bookings and stay in the same room for both days. This made it a lot more convenient as we didn't have to deal with two different bookings on each day. Love the attention to detail by the staff."

We were standing outside the property with my family of three with 13 year old kid there was a door bell the lady did not let us in. I have to call Hotels.com and agent Was on phone with me for one and half our to convince her that booking is correct and finally she was satisfied . She tried to let us (buzz in) apparently they don’t have full time staff in and door...

" Centrally located basic clean hotel . Close to ass bar for discounted baked breakfast good . 5 mins walk to panorama /fallen lion . Air conditioning in April 24 not yet turned on . Thoughtful comforts of supplying a transformer /electric plug and cell phone holder near toilet . Worn carpet in hallways and you have to step a five inch height to get to the shower stall . Clean linens and towels . "
