“Very beautiful place. Highly recommended. Staff is very helpful and nice. Restaurants are good too. Theres an event planner on site every day through their vendors, and local businesses offer plenty other things out on the beach right outside. Only critiques would be no hot water in showers and rooms are not weatherproof so they remain humid no matter the temperature. WiFi in rooms is basically non existent (but out in common areas it’s fine, and you don’t go to Costa Rica for WiFi).”

“Das beste Hotel unserer Reise! Die Sicht auf den Rio Nosara Pazifik und die Lage direkt am hoteleigenen Naturreservat ist einmalig. An den tollen Pools kann man sich den ganzen Tag aufhalten und hat rund um die Uhr Tier-Kino. U.a. haben wir hier täglich Weißrüssel-Nasenbären und Affen in Greifweite beobachten können. Trotz des hohen Preises würde ich es uneingeschränkt jede*m empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist teuer, aber mit Mietauto kein Problem - es gibt tolle Bars und Restaurants in geringer...

Las instalaciones del hotel son amplias sin tener que ser muy distantes para caminar hacia el restaurante. La playa aún conserva su privacidad y seguridad. El gimnasio muy amplio y con buenas máquinas y el Spa en una ubicación separada y tranquila el servicio muy bueno. Excelente hotel para relajarse y descansar. ”

I made a mistake during the booking online on expedia 2 people instead of 3 and he resolved the issue quickly and hustle free. The room was clean and secure. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean and welcoming. The hotel was exactly like the photos, the breakfast was a plus and definitely wished we stayed longer! ”
