“This is definitely a resort that caters to an older and less active clientele. Other than the pool there are no "activities" to speak of on the resort, other than tennis courts that are a 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk away from the main area. They were also short on pool chairs, so if you don't get there early you might not get one. The food was "good", but the options are very limited. In the quieter southern neighborhood of Guiones Beach, Nosara the property is as beachfront on the Pacific Coast in Costa Rica as you can get to a world class surf break… and man did we luck out! “Blue Iguana in Costa Rica was such a nice surprise. The location’s perfect—close to the action, but still relaxed. Staff were really warm and helpful, always smiling and welcoming.
