“Hermoso lugar, excelente servicio al Cliente”

“Lo bueno es la ubicación y la amabilidad de parte del personal de entretenimiento y restaurante. El servicio en general es malo. Disminuyo la variedad de las comidas. El check in y el check out sumamente lento y poco amables. La administración no está enfocada en satisfacer al cliente sino en sacar plata. El día que preño preniumes un engaño realmente. En fin. No salgo satisfecho.”

“This hotel is very beautiful, but something to keep in mind. The food and beverages from the restaurant are very over priced. Just as an example a glass of Prosecco was roughly 22-25$ (USD) which is enough to just go out in town and buy your own bottle. We were expecting a hostel type of experience because of the cylinder rooms, but were amazed with the property layout, the lovely pool and bar, and the beachfront access.
