“El cuarto del presidential suite en las ventanas le hacian falta persianas, el cual permitia el ingreso de la claridad cuando amanecia. Luego el olor de la habitacion, se percibia un olor a humedad por falta de ventilacion del cuarto. El cuarto si era comodo en cuanto a tamaño y por otro lado comida estaba bien. Sin embargo observe un gato dentro de la cocina eso no me agrado mucho. El personal que hay se observo que hacen u esfuerzo por brindar un buen servicio. En general considero...

“Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing.”

“This was our 3rd time staying at Xandari. We were so disappointed in the changes that had been made. Gardens were not well maintained, linens were old and dingy, faucet was loose and leaking. Outside lite didn’t work, no coffee maker, breakfast was different and not as good, 1 tiny trash can for entire unit, no plates or silverware. I think you get the idea. Rates have gone WAY up!! Will definitely look for another place before our net trip.”

“DON’T MAKE RESERVATIONS IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!! They have one gate that closes at 10pm without any staff member 24/7 to open it if you go out at night. No one answers the phone if you call. My family and I decided to spent the day visiting different places and came back to the hotel ~10:30pm but the front gate was locked, no one was there, I called and texted multiple times but no answer, we had all personal belongings with no other place to go to. But I was able to talk to one of the farmers...

“We stayed 3 nights, beautiful scenery, nice cool nights...bed was a little hard, but passable. Roosters and donkey woke me up early....but better than traffic noise..I will highly recommend it”

“This is one of the cleanest hotels I've been to so far. Has a lot of modern upgrade. Thumbs up to the cleaning staff. Very convenient to the airport. Nice place for a quick stop. Staff were quite friendly. I don't appreciaye how close the entrance is to the major freeway though. If you are entering from the opposite direction it can be a bit dicey going in. The gate opens promptly for admission and parking is available on site.Otherwise it is a beautiful little place to unwind.”

“I stayed there when I arrive to Costa Rica and the the day before I leave Costa Rica. I met 5 staff on counter and they were all super nice. You can spare money for Taxi if you follow their instruction. They have good Wifi, nice mattress. We enjoyed our staying.”
