When we got there the shower was clogged, not a great start after a long flight. The owner did send maintenance to fix it. Then the WiFi did not work most of the time. Overall, it was just uncomfortable and we ended up leaving after 2 days ”

“The property is in a great location, with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a 15 minute walk. It’s not located somewhere too busy like a main road which is really nice. The apartment that I stayed in was very cosy and clean, with a well equipped kitchenette although there was no washing up liquid to clean the dishes. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, but the published opening office hours online (8.30am to 6pm) don’t quite match the actual office hours. The reception was closed...

“Very good location, inside a Melia beautiful resort. Possible to use swimming pools and beach. Excellent wi-fi . Kitchen very well equipped. They cleaned the room at half staying. Just portuguise TV . ( For CNN and SKY listening didn' work). I suggest to explain how the safe works ( it's only in portuguise) and that air-conditioning works with a timer next to the front door, not simply with the remote control.”
