“Beautiful view from balcony. Affordable, but the listing was misleading. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The beds are as hard as a rock and the room was tiny. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. The natural hot springs nearby are beautiful and the beaches are equally amazing. The town felt deserted; many abandoned buildings and lots of trash everywhere. I'm sure this place was once a beautiful hotel, but it could really use some upgrades.”

“I was not able to check in due to inclement weather. However, the owner was quick to contact me and let me know that the road was closed. She was also very accommodating regarding the change in booking at last minute due to the weather. I would recommend the hotel simply based on the owner’s attitude. It is clear she is a reasonable and accommodating person and would strive to satisfy her customers”

“When checking in front desk was a bite annoyed with online reservations, which could not be located. Tried to convince us to take a different room but we kept the one we booked it seemed to be an inconvenience. Everything else was perfect. ”

I must admit that all hotel services were quite satisfactory (accommodation, breakfast, cleaning etc) However, I would strongly suggest that the hotel owners' dog - who was moving free without a lace all over the place , having at times aggressive behaviour, thus, presenting a problem to the other dogs and to their owners TO BE KEPT UNDER STRICT SUPERVISION.”

Didn’t like the way the hot water system was set up to run the shower as it was very hot and got burned ! A sign of warning would have helped! Also would have liked to have coffee amenities in the room to be able to enjoy a coffee on the balcony as we had an amazing view! Popular hotel for the elderly! Would definitely stay here again”
