“The staff was good but the fellow at the coffee bar was incredibly artistic with his bear shaped foam latte's and he pretty good at making cappacinno's as well. The hotel room has some nice design features but things like the gym and gym towels are quite dated. The buffet was arranged in a awkward manner with the food across a number of different stations in different rooms. Couldn't locate salt and pepper. “Although we enjoyed our stay here the overall impression of the hotel is that it really needs updating. The rooms were tired, with many issues such as dated curtains that were either open or closed. As we had a ground floor beach front villa this gave little/no privacy if the curtains were open. Net type curtains in the main bedroom at least would have improved this. The air-conditioning, although worked well, broke down whilst we were staying and leaked lots of water onto the bedroom...

“Overall decorations are creative and fascinating. Breakfast is beyond expectation. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it. The only frustration is the noise from outside of the room that can be heard easily and that woke me up in the early morning, even before my alarm clock.”
