“Great property, definitely not as good as it was under Marriott operation. Food is not as good. Did not get a good view room. we were looking out over the maintenance area where staff takes smoke breaks. That was the bummer and assume the bad view is because we booked through Expedia.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, staff were helpful, charming historical Inn”

“Room was clean and comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was good and it was close to our construction site so it worked out well!”

“Alanah (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was an absolute delight! 10/10 customer service all the way. I was trying to figure out the parking situation and she went above and beyond to help me not get ticketed/ towed. She’s so friendly and has such a great attitude. I will be returning!”

“Outstanding attention, extremely clean. Very attentive staff”

“Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...

“One of the two beds was broken with wooden slats with nails sticking out of them falling from bottom of the bed - bed then leaned to one side- when we called manager she offered room with one bed and no heat - when we opened back window room filled with gas smell - other residents complained the heat was not working on second floor - mirrors were tiny and lighting was awful making it impossible to get ready for a wedding”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House manager Terri was a wonderful host. She was available and ready to make sure you were happy with your room. Our room was lovely. The whole house is immaculate. Parking was available right outside the house. Terri put out a wonderful spread for breakfast. She had many delicious items on a beautifully laid out table.”

“Clean quiet room. Easy check-in via phone.”

“식사도 별로 침구도 별로 방음도 별로”
