"The whole building is amazing. For check-in, stand in front of the Starbucks, there is an elevator near the escalators, with a waterfall/fountain behind it. Take this elevator to floor 3 to check-in. There are many other sets of elevators but only this elevator will allow check in. Full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, loft style room was phenomenal. "Sarnai is amazing! From arrival to departure. Easy and smooth. Everything looked clean, cozy, comfortable and provided everything that is needed. It is a great stay in such a beautiful part of the world. It is evident the host has put attention, care and awareness into this place. Everything is great from the vibes, views to the surrounding nature. I particularly like that each room has it's "own name". Sarnai is highly, highly recommended, one of my new favorite places. "

"I was supposed to stay at the Westin with a group but was unable to since I waited too long. This place is 3 to 4 short blocks away. Sara the front desk lady is learning English and likes to practice, which is nice. The rooms were very spacious And more than I thought it would be. Nice hot tub, but didn't swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. "The hotel and service was great. Everyone was very helpful. AC was loud but still good. However the pool lounge chairs need to be replaced. They all were kinda broken down and sagging down in the middle. It’s a nice pool area and would be a lot nicer with decent lounge chairs. "

"I enjoyed everything here, very safe, easy in and out parking. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service we had for breakfast was excellent, our waiter was awesome! Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with a little more than the basic needs. Me my wife and kids are very satisfied with the experience here at this property."
