Our proactive house keeper Ms.Fu’s attention to Detail was next to none. Our room was always immaculate. With keen observation, she even thoughtfully adjusted the shower holder to a very appropriate height. We also had a very pleasant check-out experience with front desk staff Isabella. Her smile was contagious. She warmly greeted us, was efficient and we look forward to coming back to stay next time. Last but not least, Olivia at the Concierge desk was exceptional!!! Housekeeping was great, they accommodated our different times we needed it to be cleaned depending when we left during the day. They were always very pleasant and greeted us warmly. Service at the entire hotel was five star, from the reception desk, gym attendants and conserve. "
