This abandoned church for example is located in Karnataka and is somewhere in the middle of a village. It was built by French missionaries in the 19th century but was abandoned after the construction of the Hemavati Dam and Reservoir. What's remarkable about this site is that church is submerged in rainwater in the monsoons and its popularity has been on an upward trend mostly by word of mouth from lads who take off on weekend adventures to explore places that are off the beaten path.

"**Honest Review – Would Not Recommend** I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The bathroom was extremely dirty, which made it uncomfortable to use. The mattress was either broken or completely slouchy, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the side tables were covered in dust, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The location also felt unsafe, with a bar right by the entrance and the parking area feeling sketchy.
