“Staff at check in was lovely, in room amenities exceptional, complimentary wine and snacks lovely (though it was 2am when we arrived so did not partake) The airport transfer meeting place was ambiguous and could have been simplified by using airport signage as reference - eg the pick up location is actually Pick Up area E at terminal 3. Easier to find and more accurate than the vague 'pickup at terminal 3-4'. Everything else was great.”

“Nice and comfortable, very nice and accommodating staff, close to the city, 4 people were sleeping in the cabin, and it was very comfortable, but the TV was very hard to handle, and the shower on last day did not work, no gas and the stove didn't work either. By the way, you do not get breakfast, just the cabin.”
