“The location is very convenient and walking distance from the main attractions of the city. Instructions to enter the building, parking and apartment were clear and the apartment itself is very nice and well kept. One issue we had where we needed to contact someone to help but we were not able to as we didn’t know who to contact and how. Overall, the apartment is recommended and I would definitely stay there again. ”

“I returned to Radisson Cluj with pleasure, but I noticed an unexpected change since my first visit: the Porsche-branded electric charging stations are now restricted exclusively for this brand. To charge another type of electric vehicle, I had to use my own cable and pay an additional fee, on top of the parking fee. “Due to 5 stars grade, i booked this hotel, but it has been rather old facilities. Just one day, check in, one bottle of potable water was served freely. If you want water, you should pay it. ”

“3층인가 베네치아룸에 묵었는데 뷰도 환상이고 가구며 욕실이며 아주 좋았어요 미니바도 저렴해서 이것저것 다 먹었어요^^ 주차장이 지하인데 로비까지 계단이니 호텔앞에서 짐을 빼고 주차장(호텔뒷편이 주차장입구)으로가세요 3인가족 이가격(164불)에 이위치 이런뷰 환상입니다^^ 문을 열고 나갈수 있는 작은 테라스 조식도 아주 좋음 (특이하게 체리잼 체리요거트등이 있어요^^) 아 소리에 예민하신분은 주의하세요 시내라 앰블런스등이 밤에 꽤 지나갑니다 사진은 방 테라스에서 찍은 뷰입니다^^”

“The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. Our unpleasant experience was while having breakfast - the attendant was rude, chewing gum and constantly at us while we were eating. We felt that we couldn’t enjoy breakfast. Such a shame. ”

“Nous avons réservé une suite pour 4 personnes très propre et spacieuse mais le 2ème lit n’était pas préparé et quand nous avons voulu le faire, nous n’avons pas réussi à former un lit avec le canapé! Nos enfants qui sont de jeunes adultes ont du se partager une méridienne pour 2! Dommage au vu du standing de l’hôtel! ”
