“When I found out this pet friendly hotel charges an additional $150 a night for a dog I was shocked. . When I questioned the amount, the front desk clerk was rude. Also, she said that I had only reserved one room and my Expedia reservation clearly said two. Again, she was rude and abrupt. I finally figured out that the second room was in my Granddaughter’s name . I had difficulty with the app on the washer and dryer and had to make about five trips to the front desk to ask for help.”
