“Sehr freundliches, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr schönes und sehr saubere Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr gemütlich, Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche , ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen . Das Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr schmackhaft, es ist immer genügend von Allem da. Der Parkplatz ist in der Nacht mit Toren gesichert und es sind auch genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Hotel Varnsdorf fühle ich mich immer sehr wohl und freue mich schon auf den nächsten...

“Super leckeres Frühstück, das Personal war immer freundlich und helfend. Die Zimmer waren sauber es gab viele Parkplätze leckeres Essen im Restaurant und am Spielplatz die Snacks wie auch der Sport und spielebereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen 🤗”

“The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. “The penzion is in an old building with wooden floors and low beams and is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and fittings. However underneath this everything functions well (think modern shower, cooking facilities, etc). It is comfortable and quiet and there is a nice balcony to sit out on and eat, read, etc. We didn't have the breakfast on offer so can't comment on that. The owner was friendly and helpful.
