“La atención de todo el personal extremadamente amable y atentos, muy respetuosos y de verdad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La atención del chef digna de destacarse también. Lo negativo lamentablemente fue el hecho de que en Chillán había muchísimo humo de leña el cual se filtraba al hotel llenando los pasillos de este. Las habitaciones también con el aire enrarecido. Las alarmas de humo se activaron desde las 4am en adelante interrumpiendo nuestro descanso las dos noches que estuvimos. La...

“Everything was perfect”

“Breakfast is good. The usual offerings good variety. They have a nice restaurant as well for supper open till 10 PM and I had a nice enjoyable meal there as well. A good place to rest, and the staff are really friendly going out of their way to make you feel welcome.”

“Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada alta, gracias a Dios encontramos y pudimos mejorar el fin de semana. ”

“Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. ”

“A good cabin in the mountains with very good hiking etc nearby. It was a bit hard to find as the address in the Hotels.com is inaccurate and the sign was missing. The cabin has good space for 6 with good kitchen and living spaces. In general all looked clean but please change the bathroom and some room floormats! There was very good communication with the owner Christobal after we got there!”
