“Price Paid via Expedia excluded breakfast. This was NOT made clear on Expedia website The price paid was identical to the normal room price INCLUDING breakfast charged by the hotel. We, therefore, were charged £29.90 for a service we were denied because of Expedia. Room lacked a fridge.”

“This Inn is a olde style building with wooden beams in the bedrooms etc. As such with this type of building there are low ceilings and hardly a straight wall anywhere. We found that our room although quaint wasn’t spotless as other places we’ve stayed. One of the two window blinds didn’t work, we couldn’t get it to drop down. “I stayed in one of the ‘chalet’ type rooms overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. The woman on reception, when checking in, wasn’t particularly friendly- no warm welcome! The room really needs updating/decorating. A half eaten pear was on the decking outside, the Roman blind in the room was half hanging off and the room was quite dark so I couldn’t even let in more light, some cob webs in the bathroom and no welcome/info folder in the room which you normally would have with details...

“Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.”
