I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service.
