"Excellent location and facilities with great views across the Danube of the Buda Castle from our 6th floor room ! Club facilities were very good and provided seamless check in and check out. Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to book various trips. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!!"

"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."
