Bra lägenhet i nybyggt hus. Allt har fungerat väl, förutom informationen om parkering som har missats. Det löstes dock smidigt av kundtjänst som var lätt att nå såväl via mejl som telefon. Svar på mejl från kundtjänst erhölls bara efter några minuter.

Budapest

A nice property which was clean and easily accessible, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested to travel to Budapest, close to transport links. I would say to provide more cutlery/cups, an excellent property with gorgeous lights and decor.

Great place quite to stay and next to transport link, food and grocery shopping Apartments had all you would need to feel comfortable and bed was nice to sleep on and shower facilities was great There is no way of getting hold of the property owner unless it via email which they took 4 days to respond The apartment details on notification advised it would be given 24 hours before arrival but it was only given two hour before The address does not match the actual location Nor is the location easy to find

good value for money and nice apartment

communication was decent prior to check in. Got sent a map after we went to the wrong building and apartment - this would be more helpful beforehand. Lovely apartment, but couch very uncomfortable and not big enough for the apartment size. asked 3 times regarding parking with no reply, we couldnt park in the buildng so parked in public parking at front. Although there are no signs or pay stations, we got a 30 euro fine, checked out the apartment at 10am, got down to car and had received the ticket at 10.02.

My review echoes many others — Waterfront City Apartments in Budapest are a fantastic place to stay, but the experience feels like a long-stay escape room. The apartment itself was great: clean, well-decorated, comfortable, and clearly well managed. Once you’re in, it’s hard to fault. However, the check-in process is far more complicated than it needs to be. There are multiple codes for different parts — building, room, and parking — and the buildings aren’t clearly marked. Some even share the same codes, which led to confusion and people trying the wrong buildings or rooms. Communication was also extremely difficult as there is no on-site reception team, making it hard to get help when needed and adding to the frustration on arrival. Parking was another challenge. I emailed weeks in advance, followed up with calls, and still had to ring on the day. The fob we were given didn’t match the instructions, so we ended up parking elsewhere and figuring it out ourselves. Staff were mixed — the daytime team were helpful, but the night staff during check-in came across as quite abrupt. A few small touches would help: two tea bags and two coffees for four people over four days wasn’t enough, and nothing was restocked. Overall, the accommodation is excellent once settled. I’d stay again, but only knowing the effort needed beforehand.

check in must be improved!

Our stay was good in general. However, by chance I saw the pre-arrival emails at the airport and checked in. It might have been better if it had been sent at an earlier date (just a suggestion). We entered by car, but we had a hard time finding the right building, we can say that we went to almost all the buildings with our suitcases (was so tiring for us with a 5 year old kid)... Because building number 2a indicator is not located on the -1 floor! There is a vehicle remote control for parking. However, exploring the parking lot was a real hassle. Apart from that, the apartment is very nice and useful. Everything has been thought of. It was pretty clean.
