“Excellent location! Walk off the ferry with your bags and directly to La Zayapa. I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service. “The staff was great. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and had dinner which was one of the best meals on Santa Cruz. What really set the hotel apart from others was the fact that we were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. The grounds were beautiful with about 15 to 20 giant tortoises roaming freely among coffee, banana and orange trees. I would definitely recommend them.”

“트리플룸에 1박 숙박하였습니다. 숙박시 에어콘에서 물이 떨어 지는 현상이 발생하였으나, 신속히 수리가 되었습니다. 해변에 위치해 오션뷰로 묵을 경우 뛰어난 해변 조망이 가능합니다. 아쉬운 점은 WIFI가 리셉션에서만 가능하였으며, 저녁에 사워시 뜨거운물이 잘 나오지 않았습니다.”
