The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

Point négatif : appartement un peu vieillot, pas très soigné, peu de rangements. Pour un week-end ou un court séjour, c'est très suffisant et même agréable. Pour une semaine, je serai plus partagé..."
