“The hotel is close to Malioboro Street. However, it's a little set back from the street, so it's not noisy. There are many shopping stores, but not many restaurants. Many people eat at food stalls. You can also go to the Royal Palace and Tamansari within a 30 minute walk. My room was on the 5th floor, WiFi connection was not good and sometimes disconnected.”

“Old, worn out, & you get what you pay for. Rain is loud on roof, motorcycles heard all night. Needs fresh paint & clean grout. However, the room service Indonesian 06:00 breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff got us soap upon request. The aircon worked and we had hot showers. There were 2 sitting parlors adorned with sculptures & plants by the front desk. The hotel is within a few blocks of the downtown night market. ”
