There were some big stains on our bed linens; the bathroom faucet ran brown, possibly rusty, water for the first 5 minutes after turning it on; they advertised a poolside bar but no one seemed to work there or know how to serve or charge for drinks. That said, the staff was kind, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was outstanding. "

The pool area and garden was quite nice and the best thing is the location right a few mins from Malioboro street. We had an incident where passport disappeared then was mysteriously put back after we threatened to phone the pokice"
