“Very Disappointed!! Stayed at Best Western for 3 days. Upon arriving and being shown the standard room we booked, I was ready to immediately book at a diff hotel. The room smelled of roach spray and was VERY Dimly lit. Since we arrived late, the chances of that were slim. So, we asked for an upgrade. “Hotel is impossible to locate because it's in the slumps in Accra. I had to hire a taxi and we stopped at least 5 times to ask for directions. Got to hotel and there was no one in the reception except security guard. When I called the listed hotel number, a lady answered and told me to wait. Waited for over 30mins and nobody showed up. Called again and I was told to be patient. ”
