“The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again”

“I had a great stay at Crismon Hotel in Ghana. The staff are lovely, hardworking, organized, lively, and very trustworthy. The rooms are well maintained with daily room service, and the large pool and outdoor seating area are great places to relax. “Our stay was fine. But because of the price, we had higher expectations. We could have stayed in another nearby resort with similar reviews at half the price and were kind of wishing we had-though we didn’t see those resorts for ourselves. We had an ocean view room that was roomy. The bed comfortable and AC worked great. The bathroom-large and clean. But even with plenty of space, there is no place to put toiletries or hang wet things. “I liked the ocean view - beach is not for swimming. I didn’t like the location. Approximately 30-40 mins from the airport.”

“The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again.”

“Great customer service”

“If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!”

“I was not happy with the services”

“호텔자체의 이용에는 불만은 없으나, 호텔의 위치가 아크라와 테마의 중간지점으로 고속도로 옆이라 진입에 어려움이 있음 교통이 안 좋은 아크라이기에 미팅시에는 충분한 시간이 필요함”

“Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.”

“Nice boutique hotel great area with convenient grocery stores and local prices. Ma Regy restaurant is 8 minutes walk and the meals are good!”
