“The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it-...

“Wow, what an amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the luxury yacht. Our 8 year old loved exploring the boat and watching the planes take off and land. There aren’t many flights a day so it wasn’t a disturbance at all. Our host Valerie was really responsive with any questions we had and the property manager Erwann was super friendly and very accommodating regarding arrival times. Thanks so much guys, we loved it. ”
