“Our room smelled like dog, even though I said I would not like a room that had animals in it. The bathroom tub had pieces of paint come off as I took a shower and the walking around the tub was coming off and moldy. The breakfast was ok... they were going to charge $20 extra for early check in, I guess everyone is out for the dollar not the return stay.”

“There are several little amenities that are nice for families. Like the pool, patio/cabana area, and right near the beach. Also there are little things like a nespresso maker in the morning and little scavenger hunt for the kids.”

“My wife and I are very pleased. The ocean acts like a giant battery, and we managed to recharge our energy a bit. The excellent view from our room and the good weather really helped with that. The placement of the washbasins in the room was a bit awkward—I tend to get up early to wash up, while my wife still wants to sleep a little longer—but that’s just a design flaw that didn't really impact our overall enjoyment. The breakfasts are quite decent. The staff is friendly. We plan to visit again...

“+ check-in was easy + cabin seemed fairly new and was well laid out + pet friendly - the cabin was not recently swept or cleaned when I arrived. There were several dead flies on the shower floor, a simple rinse would have cleaned them. There were a few spider webs in the empty storage areas. There were also 3 spiders. I get it, your in the woods, but inside the cabin itself was very buggy. My tents have been cleaner. - remember to bring bug spray for the campground. I had more mosquito bites...

“Elevator so slow may as well not be one. Breakfast cheap and small room to handle too many people. Not well maintained.”

“Not very clean. Base boards stained in many parts of the room with some kind of liquid. Urine smell intermittently. Floor was coming unglued. Safety chain missing from door so we used a chair. Dead bugs behind table between beds, and a few other bonus bugs around the room. Mattress comforter cover was dirty. Mattresses felt very old... We could hear folks next door but they were nice and we got in late so it was the least of our worries. Just didn’t feel clean and safe. I expect more for two...
