“The cleaner supervisor was very strict on how many complimentary bottles of water you could have per day. Limited to 2. Breakfast generally good. Guyana has an abundance of fruit. The daily quality of the apples could have been better.”

“Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs updating, there were broken tiles and windows wouldn’t close in the bathroom. I didn’t like that pool is in the dining area. However, the food was good and Romel the driver was very nice while driving us around. I felt safe and would return here.”

“The room was very clean, although it was a bit small. There was no off-street parking available, which was slightly inconvenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Construction is still ongoing, and the front entrance could benefit from some additional cleaning to improve the overall first impression.”

“No English speaking people when checking in. There is a lack of service…. No towels when needed. Was asked to take my towel down to be washed instead of service to the room. Only one hard working person who seems dedicated but the rest were just sitting around! Noisy place at and it does not feel safe at night! I suppose they cater for a group of tourist who are no English speaking!”

“A true oasis in the desert....so to speak. Very safe, perfectly comfortable, clean, great Air Conditioning in my room, good selection of TV channels, friendly and helpful staff, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.”
