"Overall, this is a wonderful hotel. The spa service felt really high-end, and I would love to stay here again. The breakfast was also impressive, especially the freshly baked bread, and the location could not be better. However, I had a slight issue during check-in. The female receptionist struggled to understand my English and seemed quite frustrated. It was a bit uncomfortable, especially since it was the first time I experienced something like this on my trip."
