“The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. Beach towels are provided, so you don’t have to take from home. Bathroom is very clean, plenty of branded toiletries (smells amazing). “Horrible and disgusting and such poor service. We spoke with the hotel's reservation a couple of hours before arrival to confirm our 2 rooms and they confirmed back. When arriving there was initially nobody and reception and then a whirlwind of confusion started. Clearly our rooms weren't ready, staff we're sprinting to start to clean rooms and even kicked out a family out of one of our rooms who then had to run over the lawn with their belongings and stuff in their hands. Maten är god och servicen lika så, men ligger väldigt långt från civilisationen (Tangalle) Bara 50 m till privat strand och Tangalle beach men är förbjudet å bada där gör av starka strömmar.
