“I had a great holiday at Riff Hikkaduwa. The hotel is good but there is room for improvement. Hotel staff are absolutely charming. Everyone is truly friendly and trying to make your stay as good as possible. Location is absolutely stunning right on the beach but not too close. Free breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Wifi is patchy and laggy. In my room 209 after about 5pm kitchen fumes were coming in, especially when raining. At some point it was quite bad. My guess is their kitchen uses...

“Pros: Great location with an amazing beachfront experience, a pretty good breakfast, and the staff let us hang out in the hotel area a few hours before our check-in. Cons: A bit old rooms, very cold inside with no possibility of making it warmer. We are from Ukraine, and the staff was trying to talk in Russian to us, literally the whole stay. We repeated several times that we don't speak Russian and we don't understand them, but they didn't care. ”

“I am Japanese. I was able to make some very good memories at Hikkaduwa. The hostel is clean and close to the beach and restaurants. I also liked the friendly staff. There is also a barber shop on site. I also got a haircut. Skills are high. thank you. I will stay this place again next time. Don't tell the Japanese people.”
