“We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. The whole room needs some TLC. Over all our stay was very nice. They could use a place to sit in all the rooms . Ours had no chairs. “I wish I could have stayed longer! We landed in San Pedro at 10:30pm and stayed at the hotel into morning Before heading to Roatán. Very nice! The hotel arranged for airport shuttle pick up, and then a personal driver to Telamar, for a separate fee. The breakfast in the main hall, was really good. Fresh with variety. Everyone was nice, professional and attetive and oscar spoke English!. Pretty grounds, wish we could come back for the pool. We flew in from NYC! ”
