“The chateau is a unique property and has many beautiful features with lovely large gardens. The lounges were comfortable with beautuful views. I did feel that our room The Beaumaris room could have been updated as the furniture was quite.old and unattractive, the wardrobe door was broken. The bathroom was large and round and quite unique with showers on each side. There was only a small glass shelf over the sink. “ Faded Victorian excellence trying to satisfy today's tourists and not quite managing it (building is over 190 years old). Our double room was more like a single room. Buffet breakfasts Ok, dinners no more than average. Car parking difficult!”
