"I liked that the hotel rang me 1x week prior to my stay to make sure I was happy and to remind me of everything they have to offer so that I could book in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and took time to make sure I was well looked after even thought they had a wedding to attend to on the day of our arrival. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options.
