“Horrible staff”

“Complimentary breakfast was toast and muffin lol, it was fine, nothing special but a place to sleep”

“Excellent breakfast with fantastic scenery seen through the restaurant window. Kind and friendly staff as well.”

“We really enjoyed our brief stay. The room was very quaint and quiet.”

“Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

“The property is lovely, but to be honest the area really isnt the best, there could some communications on where you can park, where the rubbish and recycling bins are. I did try to contact someone about these things but had no reply.”

“Small room with noisy utilities and tepid shower- but great location! Ok for the price.”

“Could not fault this place. Had a excellent 3 nights. ”

“Booked Mon-Fri March 26. Good size property, in the middle of town although not much there for a town really. Was very underwhelming upon approach, right next to a public car park and what can only be described as a factory building site behind and an alley way up the other side of the house which made us feel a little anxious. The house itself was clearly modernised recently, is spacious with huge bedrooms and large T.V's in each. Kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area comfortable and...

“Lovely clean and well decorated house that is perfect for a stay in Holyhead.”

“Amazing property with stunning views gwyneth was amazing and was on hand if needed property was spotless and had everything we needed will definitely be returning didnt want to leave ”

“Great size Good location Decent price ”

“Lovely upside down detached house...living room and kitchen upstairs, bedrooms downstairs, on a working farm next to South Stack. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Nothing too much trouble for the owner who made us feel very welcome. Grandson loved the animals, particularly the donkeys .”

“The apartment was a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark. Whilst it had everything we needed it was dated and could have benefitted from a deep clean, cobwebs & mould around the windows. The windows also condensed a lot in the morning. None of the heaters worked and only two of the electric storage heaters worked. So we had to prioritise the children’s bedrooms over our bedroom and the lounge. One of the sockets in the kitchen kept blowing the fuse when we tried to use the kettle. When...

“The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It made our trip even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests. Thank you! 😊”
