"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the furnishings were really lovely. The lobby, bar, and game room on the first floor were very nice; the pool and fitness center in the lower level were beyond our expectation; and the art gallery on the 2nd floor was amazing. Our only criticisms come from it being an older building - the air conditioning cooled the room, but actually over-cooled it, and then when the air con turned off, it got too warm before it kicked back on. It left us alternating between too hot and sweaty to then too chilly and needing a blanket at night. In one of our rooms the shower handle came off and we reported it to the front desk; they put it back on but it came right off again. We had dinner our first night at the restaurant Idol Wolf - fantastic food and service. We really enjoyed our dinner. Overall it was a great stay at this lovely hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean. Manager VERY responsive. Front clerks friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and free afternoon happy hour. Free parking. Close to Union Station and not far from the Arch. You can see it from the top 4 floor hallways."

"Upon check in the 1st Hotel Representative was unfriendly & not very helpful- the next morning WHAT a difference- Front Desk Clerk Janice was Upbeat, Friendly & so helpful & nice as was the Van/Shuttle Driver- What a difference a day makes!! Easy & clean place to stay- I'd recommend it & certainly stay again."
