“ VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk". Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste) Minimart was basic, but good. -VE: The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain. “Het was een erg leuk en mooi verblijf. Marja en haar man zijn echt schatten van mensen. Ze doen alles voor je. Je kan er leuke excursies boeken. Vooral de trip die de hele dag duurt is echt de moeite waard. Moet je doen. Met de boot naar de waterval is ook zeer de moeite waard. En dan weer thuiskomen en de schitterende tuin en terras uitkijkend over de rivier. En dan aanschuiven aan het buffet. Heerlijk eten. De sfeer die er hangt is aangenaam. ”

“The staff installed a new bed for our child in the family room 15min after I inquired how we could sleep 4 people with a king bed and a single bed. The staff is very very nice and customer oriented”

“The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms.”

“Gated beautiful resort with nice mountain terran and river view. Very quiet can only hear bird churpping and grassharper. Walking distance to night market local foods so delicious and cheap. Hotel provides daily breakfast and 1 dinner very yummy chicken. Employee and manager very accomadating to everything we request or need.”
