"Where do I even begin?! 😍✨ THE STAFF – Absolutely AMAZING! ❤️ Honestly, some of the friendliest, warmest and most welcoming people we have ever encountered! Every single one of them made our stay extra special. A big shout-out to Robin at the Front Desk for making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Gasper and Miraji, our Go-Kart champions, thank you for the endless rides and all the fun around the compound! Selemani and Andrea from Sports & Beach kept us entertained throughout our stay. Rashid, thank you for getting us moving with those fun pool dance sessions and aqua exercises – you certainly made sure we didn't just eat and relax! 😂💃 And Carlos, thank you for the fantastic Salsa lessons – we loved every minute! Finally, William at Mawe Bar, you certainly made sure our glasses were never empty! 壟 THE ROOMS – WOW! 🛏️ Super clean, beautifully maintained and those views... simply AHH-MAZING! THE FOOD – DELICIOUS! 🍽️ Let's just say we definitely came back home with a few extra pounds! 😂 The food was fantastic! A special mention to Salt & Cut Carnivorous Restaurant – an absolute MUST-TRY! And if you're looking for breathtaking beach views, Al Mar Social Lounge is the place to be! All in all, an unforgettable experience, made even more special by an incredible team who genuinely go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. We came as guests, but left feeling like family. ❤️"

"Breakfast was nice. This hotel is near the sights in Stone Town. Walk through the narrow shopping streets to the slave market in just a few minutes. Freddie Mercury residence is just around the corner from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, although I did have to ask 4 times to get the TV working."

"We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at Kwanza Resort! ❤️ From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect and made our honeymoon so special and memorable. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was exceptional. All the staff were so kind, welcoming and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their warmth and hospitality really made a difference to our experience. A special mention to the beautiful honeymoon and birthday decorations! 🥹❤️ They were so pretty and thoughtfully done, making our stay feel even more special. It was such a lovely touch and made our celebrations extra memorable. As someone who is vegetarian, I was especially pleased with the variety of vegan and vegetarian food options available. There was a great selection of delicious food, and it was wonderful to have options to enjoy throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the beginning of our married life together. Thank you to the entire Kwanza Resort team for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. "Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful. Despite the staff being overall helpful, it did appear to be perferential treatment towards certain guests. On more than one occasion I sat in the dining room awaiting acknowledgement and service while other guests who arrived after me received prompt service. The rooms were well maintained and our room attendant decorated our bed daily which was appreciated. I wished snacks were available late night. Having 24 hour bar service with no food options was a disappointment. The daily buffet selections were nice. Special shout out to our tour guide Ali, and bar attendant Anderson."

"We can’t thank the staff at white paradise enough. We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The food is unbelievable, all à la carte rather than your all inclusive buffet. The grounds and hotel itself are stunning, the staff are so welcoming and are always happy to help you. We’d like to thank Clara for always being on hand, as well as all of the bar/restaurant staff for accommodating all our needs, it was an unforgettable honeymoon."

"The eco-friendly resort is a little gem. The cuisine is varied and excellent—even by Italian standards—with an outstanding breakfast offering both sweet and savory options. The air-conditioned bungalows, equipped with mosquito nets, were serviced multiple times a day, including the spraying of mosquito repellent.Efficient and very friendly staff.Top-notch security. A quiet, secluded location. The resort is connected to two other properties under the same ownership, featuring long beaches to explore and two additional restaurants.Highly recommended"
