"Værelset var hvad det lovede og beliggenheden er god når man skal gå en tur i Charyn.
Dog var 2 ud af 3 ruter til vores skuffelse lukket, selvom man til overpris kunne få en guidet tur til en af dem.
Desuden skal man betale entré til parken lige før Campground, hvilket burde være inkluderet.
Der var heller intet vand på værelset, hvilket må være forventet, eftersom vi er midt ude i ørkenen.
Restaurant og snackbar åbner sent (kl. 8:30) og lukker tidligt (kl. 20).

"The hotel was great very clean and great location too. Would definitely recommend and reconsider to be a returning customer. I only had trouble with communication as the front desk people who were there at the time did not speak English."
