"Die Zimmer werden während der Saison sehr spät gereinigt. Als ich morgens um 9 Uhr das Zimmer verließ, um schwimmen zu gehen, war das Zimmer um 17 Uhr abends immer noch nicht gereinigt. "My daughter and I stayed at Balkaya Çiftliği for three nights. We had originally booked two, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The location is peaceful, surrounded by lovely hills, and the breakfasts are a real highlight with fresh local flavours. Coffee and tea are also available, which was a nice touch. "This has been the worst decision to book a hotel ever for me. The first room was very dirty, lots of hair, dirty footsteps, urine drops on the toilet, bad smell and pieces of food in the fridge. There was so much dirt underneath the beds, leftovers of food, gunk and dust. The final straw was somebody's dirty underwear lying beneath one of the beds. "Best hotel in town. A peaceful retreat, on top of a hill, with great views and beautiful surroundings. Well appointed large room, with comfortable bed, linens and towels. Food in restaurant is delicious and beautifully presented. Hosts are welcoming and accomodating. Highly recommend staying here. "
