“Parking is extremely limited. Room service took over an hour and was freezing cold. Resort fees were rediculous.”

I spent almost $250 per night and it was run down, filthy and with a breakfast consisting of toast, waffles, cereal and hard biscuits with gravy. It was a complete carb filled breakfast with NO protein like eggs or sausage. This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at!!!”

“pool too cold and blow dryer did not work. Refrigerator made noises all night. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful view of the mountains over Cle Elum.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. During checkin, the front desk was polite and helpful. Also, the kitchen stayed open to accommodate dinner for our large party after our girls’ softball games. The food was delicious, and the server, Bianca, was wonderful.”

“Absolutely disgusting rooms. Do not stay there unless you wanna get sick. I had to go and pay $300 at 1:30 in the morning so I can actually get a couple hours of sleep before I had to leave.”

When we went down in the middle of our stay to ask for something the lady working was rude and seemed inconvenienced that was asking for something.”

The air conditioning worked, a bit loud, but the room itself was very quiet. The location was fantastic—right by the mall with plenty of restaurants, including Panera. The Wi-Fi worked well. “We arrived late after a concert, and there was a staff member available to let us in and provide our keys. The facility was clean, quiet, and just what we needed after a long day!”

“The room was adequate for a one night stay while on the road. The bedside lamp only worked on one side the shower needs updating, the curtains need to wrap on each side to keep out morning light and the cable selection was minimal. If I had seen the hotel before booking, I probably would have paid more to stay somewhere else.”

“Parking was good, near room. Pet friendly, provided grass and bags for waste. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. Near restaurants and shopping. Felt safe in the neighborhood and easy to access freeway.”

“There was no hot water and we were not informed . That was very disappointing. The toilet was not working either . First time this happens at this hotel”
