"Absolutely stunning hotel in a prime location on longset beach. However what makes this hotel outstanding is its wonderful staff. Everyone from the room attendants to the waiting staff make you feel like a VIP , always with a smile on their face. We had a pool view room with a huge bed which was cleaned daily. We ate 2 nights in the hotel and both meals were delicious and very reasonably priced ( highly recommend having the bbq) If you can get into this hotel, don’t hesitate to book. We will be returning next year. Don’t forget to bring some deet! This is a tropical island so you will get bitten."

The customer service from the resort staff and management were top class. Last but definitely not least, the bungalow my wife and I stayed was incredible. "This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. I extended my stay even longer, which was lucky as they were booked out all the other days."
