“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...

“This place is overpriced and not well maintained. The outdoor pool is dirty. The indoor amenities are also not cleaned regularly. The kids playroom had food and ants all over for over a day. Staff is rude and make judgmental comments ( why are you drinking coffee before workout? Coffee makes you dehydrated. You are clearly not a real sport man!- actual comment made by the staff). Also this place is in the middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. Also drinks are not included in the dinner...

“Das Hotel is ganz ok.

“This place was PERFECT for our trip! Very friendly host, very clean, and the breakfast in the morning made us feel at home with fresh buffet style food. Great choice of coffee, juice, and fresh fruits. I would love to return in this wonderful place.”

“Hatalmas csalódás volt, mintha a múltba mentünk volna vissza. Rendetlen környezet, gagyi régi bútor és minden. A fürdőben műanyag pohár!! a WC mozgott, a wcpapir tartó mérő rozsda. A reggeliző helyen szabadon a macskák mászkálnak, az étel hűtés nélkül több órára kitéve, másnap ugyan az a étel szintén kitéve. A padlószőnyeg rongyos. A tv használhatatlan gagyi kínai. ”

“Misguided and unqualified customer service. Especially reactions on requests. I will never used this hotel and also never recommend to my friends and family.”
