"Location was the best possible, had an exit directly linked to the ski lift. Overall a bit disapponted with the service, asked 4 times to get towels everytime they say its coming and it still doesnt come. Had to go down to reception to tell them, as jist get told lies on the phone. Breakfast could be better, personally the dinner didnt look great so we just went out in local restaurants which was great. "We had a nice stay. The apartment was well equipped, the pool area was very nice, and the locking bicycle area (with tools) was helpful. It is a good base for many of the cycling climbs in the area around La Massana. It is possible to walk from the apartment to La Massana and Ordino."

"It was in the center of town and close to the things we wanted to do. My negative was that there is no A/C in the rooms and apparently they don't use wash cloths, we used a hand towel to bathe. "

"Chambres très grandes et balcon agréable; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgré la fenêtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiène (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelés quand on s'en est servi!. Ne pensez pas avoir à coup sûr vue montagne, notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, donc vue sur des arbres. La partie restauration est décevante, beaucoup de surgelé,...

"The staff were friendly and attentive. The pizza's evening meal were delicious washed down by a couple of beers and tia maria. Breakfast had a good selection of food. All in all, an enjoyable overnight stay. I will certainly consider this hotel for skiing trips."

"We have stayed at Xalet Verdu for short stays on several occasions and different seasons. It´s a no-frills but comfortable place to stay. The rooms have always been very clean and in good condition. The buffet meals are not extensive in choice but are very good value. The hotel is at the top of the village and is a short walk from restaurants, cafes and bars, shops and the gondola ski-lift to the Pal-Arinsal section of the Vallnord ski area.
