I understand what people were saying by “rundown”, but I would only say that applies to the hallways, which really shouldn’t matter. Other than that, everything else was so clean, up to date, and just perfect! The all inclusive included food, drinks, activities, and so much more! Just so perfect and will DEFINITELY be back!!! ”

“We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. “Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas.
