“Beautiful hotel, fantastic room with pool and porch.”

“Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken ”

“The room is well decorated, spacious and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and efficient. We really appreciated the car parking done by the host which made my start of the day stress free. Breakfast is also good. ”

“Hotel/Restaurent, la chambre était magnifique, Grande espace, belle salle de bain, auberge superbe. Restaurent ouvert le midi pour les touristes et resto ouvert le soir seulement pour les clients. Seulement, le personnel semblent un peut à bout des touristes, moins souriant et on dirait qu'on les dérangent”

“Das Zimmer war in Ordnung obwohl ich dann ein anderes bekommen habe welches anderst aussieht als das Foto. Die Anlage ist schwerstens renovierungsbedürftig. Der Pool hat schon seit Jahren (!!!) kein Wasser mehr gesehen. Es könnte auch hie und da gekehrt werden. Tlw. sind Dinge schon länger kaputt und verlassen und wirken auch nicht als sollten sie jemals wieder repariert werden. Schlafen, eigenes Frühstück machen und sonst weg!”

“L'accueil du personnel très sympathique et ont été très accommodant. On a eu besoin à quelque reprises de leur service et à chaque fois, la réponse a été rapide . L'emplacement est sécuritaire et tres bien situé.”

“Chambre spatieuse et équipée judicieusement pour un séjour à la Martinique. Le spa dans le jardin est vraiment chouette, avec une super vue sur la baie de Fort de France.”

“PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:...

“The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site.”

“Les accessoires facilitant tels que, étaient inexistants: papier aluminium ou petits contenants pour ranger notre nourriture au frigo, 2 rouleaux papiers hygiéniques pour 2 adultes c est beaucoup trop peu pour 1 semaine. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas...

“Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving. If you didn't want that there wasn't another option.”
