“The motel rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Since there is a kitchenette, it would have been nice if there was coffee provided and some basic condiments, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Would definitely stay there again.”

What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”

“The property has some wear and tear and lacks quality in the workmanship within the rooms; however, it was all we needed. The Bedding, Bathrooms, and Kitchen were clean. Whenever we reported an issue, we were supported as soon as we called. The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom hardly worked, and the central air on that floor never worked. “The place was very nice. The neighborhood is a bit dicey. There were a few communication issues, and the door code had problems though they did get solved. There were enough kitchen and bath items, and that was appreciated. I was offered an additional night at a reduced rate, accepted, and was glad of the offer.”
