The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk staff who went out of their way to assist us with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the town. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Greeted at reception with a warm welcome, the room was really nice and quiet with adequate space and the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is well situated in the town and there is a lovely roof top area with tables and chairs offering a great outdoor facility in the summer time to enjoy a drink from the bar.

It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area...

We stopped for the night on our drive though Germany, and we were amazed how good we felt staying at this hotel. We felt rested and relaxed to continue our journey.
