“Great views nice rooms just a little hard to communicate with the owner”

“We did not get to check in at all as the property was inaccessible by our driver in his car. The road in was not paved and our driver thought only a 4 wheel drive could drive on it. The driver called the hotel and requested them to fetch us in but it didn’t happen. We had to book another hotel last minute”

“Absolutely fantastic and all the activities are amazing”

“Hotel is on very bad condition, rooms are old, badly equipped, the jacuzzi is oversold. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel at this point until they finish the renovations which apparently they are doing. The room was uncomfortable.. the level of the furniture is like a hostel in Europe. In addition you’re in the middle of the desert and have to pay for every water, soft drink et. If it’s half board include the drinks! Food was also pretty average I would say.. and there is no alcohol....

“Service was phenomenal. They offer activities and dinner through the hotel. Mohammed was our driver for the jeep tour and he was super friendly and funny. Hussan was very welcoming and helpful. Overall an amazing place to stay with friendly staff. Rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been , but it was still spectacular with great views. ”

“Service average. Very limited facilities. ”

“We booked a Bubble Tent… We did not get communication from this Mirage camp at all and had to track them down and had to have an Arabic speaker try to find this Mirage camp because the phone number on hotels.com/expedia was wrong. When we were finally given a pin drop to know where to go through WhatsApp of how to find the camp we were sent to a different camp called Hasan Zawaideh. So just book your Wadi Rum directly with Hasan Zawaideh Camp because they own several. Camps with several types of...

“Very nice and friendly staff, especially camp manager Mustafa ”

“Beautiful location and lovely staff. The “tent” was basic. Could’ve had a small side table and hooks. The food was excellent. The restroom/shower building and facilities left a LOT to be desired. Dirty, no TP, broken shower head. Almost no water pressure. ”

“The check in process took a little longer than I expected. Overall the stay was Ok but not super. The food was mediocre and on the expensive side, especially dinner.”

“Egyedi a hely fekvése. ”
